OAC was hired as the Owner’s Representative to facilitate the project from General Contractor selection to course of construction, financial management, quality assurance, project closeout, and a Full Reserve Fund Study.

4 level mixed use facility with one level of underground parking, retail and offices on the 2nd and 3rd levels and residences on the 4th floor. A complete re-skin of the building was performed with new sheathing, waterproofing, siding and EIFS.

Elway’s Vail is located in The Lodge at Vail in Vail, Colorado. The interior was completely redesigned and constructed with all new interior finishes, a new state of the art kitchen, seating for 260 guests and an outdoor patio featuring a gas fireplace.

One Ski Hill Place is a mixed use facility, complete with 88 residences, two swimming pools, two spas, parking garage, restaurant, bowling alley, conference facility, ski shop and offices. The structure includes six levels above ground and one underground level of parking.

p1 Vail, Colorado – Potato Patch Club Condominiums   19 Buildings, 42 Units

The Potato Patch Club consists of 42 residences, a clubhouse, pool, and two tennis courts in Vail, CO. The complex was constructed in the mid 1980’s. The entire exterior of every unit was renovated in 2 separate phases. The existing stucco, siding, windows, doors, garage doors, and decks were removed to the plywood substrate and replaced with new.

 

p1 Vail, Colorado – Vail Point Townehomes     12 Buildings 40 Units

Vail Point consists of 40 separate residences, a club house, pool and spa. A complete re-skin of all the buildings was performed due to the existing façade deteriorating with age. New stucco, garage doors, stone wainscot, and new drainage system was installed connecting to the unit’s gutters and downspouts.

 

p1 Vail, Colorado – Rams Horn Lodge Condominiums     46,000 sf

Rams Horn was originally constructed as a 3 story, 27,000 SF building in the 1960’s and was renovated to allow for an additional 4th floor and expansion of existing floors. The exterior and interior were completely renovated for the homeowners with each unit built custom to the homeowner’s desire

 

p1 Newcastle, Colorado – Private Residence     10,000 sf

Private home located in New Castle, Colorado. The entire exterior was renovated in 2 separate phases. The existing stucco, siding, windows, doors, garage doors, decks, and roof were removed and replaced with new. New waterproofing and snowmelt were installed throughout entire exterior living areas.

 

p1 Vail, Colorado –Strata Vail; Mixed Use     311,000 sf

80 living units compromised of whole and fractional ownership with commercial space fronts on the street level. Amenities included: bar lounges, restaurants, ski storage, business center, indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, whirl pool, steam room, fitness center, fire pit, courtyard, and a three story parking structure.

 

p1 Avon, Colorado – Traer Creek Plaza     Mixed Use Development

Erik Peterson served as Traer Creek’s Vice President of Construction prior to starting OAC Management Incorporated in 2006. Projects managed by Mr. Peterson at Traer Creek included the full diamond interchange off of I-70, Eagle River Bridge, Rail Road underpass, all roadways and utilities, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and Traer Creek Plaza.

Pinnacol Assurance regional corporate facility is a fully renovated office space. The interior was completely redesigned and constructed with new finishes, a conference room, kitchen, bathrooms, and offices.
